9:30 – 10:30am Slow Flow Yoga with instructor Laura

5:30 – 7:30pm Inter/Adv Ballet Technique

7:30 – 8:30pm Yin/ Restorative Yoga with instructor Laura

Wednesday

4:30 – 5:30pm Ballet I (and Teacher Training) with instructor Conni

5:30 – 7:00pm Pre-Pointe/Intermediate Ballet with instructor Conni

7:00 – 8:30pm Teen/Adult Ballet with instructor Conni

Thursday

5:30 – 6:30pm Vinyasa Yoga with instructor Laura

6:30 – 8:30pm Advanced Ballet Technique with instructor Thomas (by invitation only)

Saturday

8:00 – 9:00am Vinyasa Yoga with instructor Laura

9:00 – 10:30am Variations

10:30 – 11:30am Ballet II

11:30am – 1:30pm Kinderballet Rehearsal

1:30 – 2:15pm Acrobatics (8 weeks: Sept. 15 – Nov. 3)

The schedule is subject to change based on enrollment.  Additional classes can form if a minimum of 5 students is met.  *Class placement to be determined by ballet mistress
