5:30 – 7:30pm Inter/Adv Ballet Technique with instructor Thomas

7:30 – 8:30pm Yin/ Restorative Yoga with instructor Laura

Wednesday

5:30 – 7:00pm Pre-Pointe/Inter Ballet

7:00 – 8:30pm Teen/Adult Ballet

Thursday

5:30 – 6:30pm Vinyasa Yoga with instructor Laura

6:30 – 8:30pm Inter/Adv Ballet with instructor Jonnie-Lynn

Saturday

8:00 – 9:00am Vinyasa Yoga with instructor Laura
