Welcome to the new website of Cincinnati’s First School of Ballet founded by Anneliese von Oettingen in 1948. We welcome your comments and hope you will visit us! We are located in Western Hills with additional classes offered in southeastern Indiana. Our Kinderballet performs in public and community venues throughout the tri-state area.
This website, hosted by Mike Huffsteder of MLH Computer Consultants, LLC was made possible, in part, by a project grant received from the Fine Arts Fund and ongoing support from The Caswell Foundation.
We hope the new interactive format will make it possible to share the Art of Ballet in more ways than ever! An easy Calendar keeps you up to date on the next Master Class and performance offerings, Ballet 101 offers a new forum to discuss methodology and ideas, and posts on the latest production give you an insider’s view.
